II. Conditions for Return or Exchange:

* The merchant's description does not match: The actual received product has significant differences in material, color, main functions, or design details from the description on the website page (please note that minor color differences due to display device variations or normal lighting conditions are not included).
* The merchant sent the wrong product: The received product is completely inconsistent with the product you ordered (model, size, style, etc.).
* Size/Style Mismatch Due to Non-quality Issues (Applicable to some categories only):
* Clothing: The size is not suitable (too large/ too small) or the style is not liked. You can apply for a replacement (if in stock) or a return and refund. However, the requirements are that the product must not have been worn, washed, ironed, or used, without stains, dirt, damage, all original tags and labels must be intact and not cut or removed, and the original packaging must be retained.
* Non-clothing Lifestyle Decor Items and Others: Generally, the acceptance rate for non-quality-related return and exchange applications is low, especially for fragile items, personal hygiene-related or special customized products (if any). If you need to apply for a no-reason return and refund, you must ensure that the product is brand new, not installed/used, without any marks, the original packaging must be intact and undamaged (including all protective films, fillers, and complete accessories). Whether it can be returned depends on confirmation from the customer service.
III. Situations where returns and exchanges are not applicable (including but not limited to):
1. Beyond the return/exchange deadline (more than 30 days after receipt).
2. The product has been worn, washed, ironed, and used for a long time (resulting in usage marks, stains, odors, deformation, wear, natural oxidation, etc.).
3. The original tags, labels, washing instructions, brand logos, etc. of the product have been cut off, damaged or missing.
4. The product or any of its accessories (such as gifts, replacement parts, spare clasps, special tools, etc.) are lost or damaged.
5. The original packaging of the product (such as dust covers, special-shaped boxes, fixed foams, etc.) is severely stained, damaged or lost (this is particularly important for valuable or fragile items).
6. Damage caused by human factors (such as obvious scratches, impact damage, self-repairing, improper cleaning, improper wearing resulting in snagging or tearing).
7. Unworn intimate clothing (such as underwear, socks), special hygiene products, custom/engraved goods.
8. Special event goods such as discounted/price reduction/clearance/sales items (except for those clearly marked on the product page or event page as "non-returnable" or "final sale").
9. Non-officially sold products by budesonidec.
IV. Return and Exchange Procedure Steps:
1. Online application: Do not return the goods directly! During the return and exchange period, visit the budesonidec official website immediately, log in to your account and enter the "My Orders" page. Find the corresponding order and click the "Apply for Return and Exchange" button (or similar link). If you cannot log in to your account, please apply by providing the order number and other information through our email.
2. Fill out the application:
* Select the reason for return or exchange (quality issue/incorrect shipment/sizes not suitable, etc.).
* Clearly describe the specific situation (such as the location of the quality issue, details of the incorrect shipment).
* Upload clear pictures of the goods (overall, details of the issue, tags, packaging condition). The pictures are the key basis for review!

* Submit the application and wait for review.
3. Application review: Our after-sales specialists will review your application within 1-3 working days and notify you of the review result via the registered email or internal message. The review basis mainly includes the description, pictures you provided, and the actual situation. Please wait for the review to be approved and receive the return authorization information and address provided by us before returning the goods! Unapproved packages may not be processed or result in delayed refunds.
4. Return the goods (if the review is approved):
* Packaging requirements: Please place the goods in their original condition, without damage, without usage marks, with all labels/hangers intact, and return them to the original packaging box. Please emphasize again: The original packaging is crucial for protecting the goods, especially for fragile items! If there are multiple items, ensure each item has its original packaging. If the original packaging is lost or severely damaged, please ensure you find a sufficiently sturdy outer box (such as a shoe box, courier box) for proper packaging, and fill the interior with sufficient cushioning materials (bubble wrap, foam, newspapers, etc.) to prevent damage during transportation. Incomplete packaging by yourself will result in no refund.
* Return by courier: You need to bear the international/domestic courier shipping cost for returning the goods (unless it is a quality issue or incorrect shipment). It is recommended to choose a trackable and reputable courier service (such as SF Express, China Post Express, DHL, etc.), and keep the complete courier label photos and shipping number.
* Return address: Only the designated return and exchange receiving warehouse address provided in the email/message after review can be used. Do not return to the order address or other addresses!
5. Warehouse inspection: After receiving the package, we will arrange a dedicated person (usually within 1-5 working days) to conduct strict quality inspection and information verification to check whether the product condition, accessories, packaging, tags, etc. comply with the return and exchange policy requirements. The results will be notified to you again.

* Return shipping fee for exchange: For exchanges due to quality or incorrect shipment, Budesonidec will cover the shipping fee for the new shipment. The shipping fee policy for non-quality exchanges is as mentioned above.
* Return shipping fee for non-compliance: If the goods do not meet the return and exchange policy and cannot be processed, the shipping fee for returning the goods to you will be borne by the buyer.
VI. Important Reminder:
* Timeliness: Please note the 30-day period. Check the goods as soon as possible and make a decision.
* Packaging is the lifeline: The integrity of the original packaging, especially for items with special designs or requirements for packaging boxes, as well as the intactness of tags, are key factors for approval. Self-packaging must be firmly designed to prevent impact.
* Photo as proof: Before shipping, take photos of the goods to be returned and their packaging (inside/outside) for record. Also, upload the photos clearly when applying.
* Follow up on logistics: After sending, please monitor the logistics information to ensure the package is properly signed for. If the logistics is stuck, please contact the courier company and us promptly.
